New Horizons

Blogging...definitely a new concept for me. The idea that you could manage and leverage content beyond the training experience is amazing and exciting. The ramifications for creating a more blended learning environment is unlimited.

In my world we train individuals from diverse backgrounds (different skill levels, different companies, different geographic locations). Blogs open up an opportunity to continue the learning...to add to the content after the date of training...to develop ongoing customer relationships with those we train.

Wow!

For me, it also opens up the possibility of linking with others who are expert in my field and gaining education and benefit of experience from them. It creates the opportunity to develop a "support" network of SME's and maintain an edge on my ongoing self-training and development.
